This white wine is made from Turkish grape called Papapskarasi translate to 'Priest's black' in Turkish. Youthful straw colour, aromatic nose showing stone fruits, ripe apple, pear and mild spices. On the palate is rather full, classically bone dry with a broad and round mouth. It is refreshing, fruity with a long finish.
